Sessions are held at Gym Location in Sutton, England. A PT session with Rhiannon is approximately 45 minutes long at £45.
Absolutely. Your plan is designed to be flexible, so you can transition as your needs change. With Rhiannon's own app, it makes changing plans easy and convenient.
No equipment? No problem! We’ll create a plan that works for your setup, whether you’re at home or in the gym.
Rhiactive Fitness works with clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds, including beginners, experienced, and seniors. Training programs are customised based on the client's goals and abilities.
Rhiactive Fitness believes that nutrition is a crucial component of overall health and fitness. Clients receive personalized nutritional guidance based on their goals, dietary preferences, and lifestyle.
Rhiactive Fitness offers nutritional advice that are tailored to the client's nutritional needs and preferences. Rhiannon will give you meal suggestions which can include recipes, grocery lists, and guidance for eating out.

We understand plans change, however, we require a 24 hour notice prior to your session in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the 24 hour period will be eligible for a 50% refund of the original amount.
If you miss a session, absolutely you can reschedule. However, if you have not contacted Rhiannon 24 hours prior to rescheduling, unfortunately you are only eligible for a 50% refund.
